Keenoy’s Pups News                                                       October 27, 2017 Dear Families, The weeks seem to be flying by right now.  It is hard for me to believe that November is basically here!  Friday folders will come home today, but the work/study habit marks will not be included.  I am using this weekend/Monday to start working on progress reports, and need the sheets to enter work/study habits.  If I have any major concerns this week, I will make sure to let you know.   I hope that each of the students trick-or-treating on Tuesday have fun and stay safe.   Paxton Pride Awards Each week, the class nominates a classmate for this award.  The Paxton Pride Award represents a student who shows respect and kindness towards others.  The Pups determine this selection by writing a brief paragraph about who and why they think is deserving from our class.  The student who is nominated the most, earns the award.  The first two recipients from our class were Hatti

Pup of the Week We scheduled a student per week to share information about themselves.  The Pup of the Week is asked to bring in pictures/items to display on our classroom bulletin board (located just outside our room).  They also write a brief paragraph about themselves to include in the newsletter.  The first Pup to celebrate is Thang. My name is Thang and I’m 10 years old.  My birthday is on November 22 nd .  I was born in Burma.  The five people in my family are my mom (Zobiaki) dad (LaLdianliana) brother (Jo

I also have a lot of art supplies at home, since that is one of Natalie and Gabby’s favorite things to do.   Math Our week’s focus has been on using two diffe
