Dear Families,         Since this will be the last newsletter before spring break, I hope my students have an enjoyable week off.   Our family looks forward to a relaxing week together.   My wife could save up her vacation time and will have the entire week off with us.       Next week is Spirit Week at Paxton Keeley, with a focus on respect. Each day, our school will be having a celebration. The schedule is in the Friday Folder. Each classroom will also work on a door decoration for a schoolwide contest. Pup of the Week-Hattie H. Keenoy’s Pups News                                            3-19-18  Dear Families,      I hope that everyone had a wonderful week.  The Keenoy family will be traveling to Kansas City for Caleb’s first soccer league games on Sunday.  It looks like it will be a bit chilly, but I think that last weekend’s weather spoiled us a bit.  Have a terrific week and thank you for all that you do. Keenoy’s Pups News                                         3-2-18   Dear Families,      I’ve really enjoyed the nice weather this week and playing outside with the kids during extra recess.   Although Caleb’s soccer tournament in Booneville was a lot of fun last weekend, I’m looking forward to a more relaxing weekend at home with the family.   I’m also excited that I get to go to the Mizzou vs. Arkansas game on Saturday.   Hopefully Michael Porter Jr. will play and help us prepare for the NCAA Tournament later this month.   Go Tigers and Blues! Keenoy’s Pups News                                         2-23-18        We are moving right along with our year!   It is so hard for me to believe that March is so quickly approaching.   My son Caleb has his first soccer tournament this weekend.   We love taking the family to his games and the kids are looking forward to soccer season starting back up.   This sport keeps our weekends VERY busy in the Spring.        It was great meeting with everyone at conferences.   I loved having the opportunity to share your child’s accomplishments and hard work.   I am confident that they will continue working hard during our last trimester of elementary school.   The last third of the year goes by quickly and is...

Keenoy’s Pups News                                        2-2-18 Dear Parents, I hope that everyone had a great week.  I am very excited about the upcoming weekend.  My best buddy (since 5 th grade) Brad is coming into town for the Kentucky and Mizzou basketball game on Saturday.  My aunt and uncle are also making the trip from St. Louis to visit.  Everyone is staying the night and we should have a wonderful time.  Gabby spent the entire night Wednesday throwing up, so my fingers are crossed that none of the other Keenoys get sick!  Knock on wood!
